Prior to booking, we encourage everyone to schedule a showing to view The Barn to ensure it’s exactly what you’re looking for!
Pictures are beautiful, but until you see The Barn in person, you won’t know for sure. To reserve your date, you will need to email The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing at thebarnatloneeaglelanding@gmail.com stating that you wish to book, along with the bride and groom’s first and last name, phone contact, and the date you wish to book. The online rental agreement will be sent upon arrival of your e-mail and must be completed and submitted, along with the non-refundable booking down payment of $500. For the remaining balance, it will be split into four equal payments and the total is to be paid 30 days prior to your event.
If you are planning a smaller wedding, and your guest count is 50 or less, we offer a four hour rental for $550. Additional hours are $200 each. This is only available Monday through Thursday. All setup and cleanup must take place during the rental period. Should you choose to use our linen rental service, we require that your order be submitted via e-mail to The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing three weeks prior to your event to ensure they are delivered on time. Feel free to ask for assistance in regard to selecting size and quantity for your event.
